Jake is an active member of the firm's Customer Strategy & Marketing practices, with a focus on B2B Commercial Excellence and Customer Experience.
Since joining Bain in 2016, Jake has managed teams across multiple sectors, including software, telecommunications, media & entertainment, financial services, and advanced manufacturing & services. His specific areas of focus with clients include driving go-to market transformations to best position his clients for growth both in the near-term and the long-term.
Jake led the initial development of Bain's proprietary MoneyMap tool to help clients identify their market opportunity at a customer and product category level. He is currently the product owner for Bain's proprietary Commercial Excellence benchmarking database that allows clients to benchmark themselves against best in-class GTM metrics.
Jake earned an MBA with highest distinction from Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
In his personal time, Jake is an aspiring chef, spending his free time cooking for his wife and two sons.
